Good afternoon backers, thanks again for your patience and a very merry Christmas to you all. 

Our stock of material had been held up as it was out of stock globally, the manufacturer has now got the material they need and have produced a small number of units. They are experiencing staffing issues due to the coronavirus regulations that are currently in place in their location. 

However, we are pleased to have managed to ship the first few orders. Here's some pictures of them being packaged and ready for the courier. 

We're working closely with our partners to get this sorted as quickly as possible and will be shipping out more units as soon as they become available.

Morning everyone, thank you again for your patience. I know there are some rumblings with backers due to the lack of updates from us here at Ergon Health. Rest assured we are not going anywhere - we've just been waiting to give you some positive news rather. 

In truth, we've had a nightmare with the production due to machinery and the material we are using being out of stock. I won't go into the technicalities of it all. However,  we've had the following confirmation from the factory: 

"I’m told that production should start on the 14th of December, or at least sometime that week barring any unforeseen circumstances. But given the Christmas holidays stock won’t start to be shipped out until the new year."

We have received some images from the factory of units that they have produced for quality control purposes. 

We have also received the order of packaging which is sitting and waiting to be used to get your orders out: 

I will make a personal commitment to give you weekly updates from here on out and respond to each and everyone of you that has messaged or commented within 48 hours of you contacting us. 

Please bear with us, this has not played out in the way we had hoped but our commitment still remains to deliver you the very best product. Shipping will start in earnest in January. 

For those that have tried to research into the business and come across our website and Facebook page etc. Our focus is purely on the delivery of these goods for the moment. We will not be updating those channels until we've delivered on this initial campaign.

Production Update 🔧

Thanks for your patience! 

Ok, so I come with some good news thankfully. We really appreciate all of your patience with us here. Our original manufacturer massively let us down. Despite multiple attempts at contacting them they just completely shut us out with no explanation whatsoever. 

We've since been working with a new manufacturer here in the UK (much easier to deal with). They received the tooling they need to produce our stands on Friday of last week and are starting production next week. We will have all stands shipped by Mid-November. Depending on your locality, you will then receive them based on the postage time. 

Honestly, this has been far from plain sailing and very frustrating from our side. We know it must have been the same for you. Initially we felt like we had all of our elements aligned but unforeseen setbacks have really pushed the project back longer than we had hoped. 

Thank you once again, we can't wait for you to get your stands. 

Orders placed, update on production.

Good evening all, thank you so much for your patience over the last few weeks. Things have not gone as smoothly as hoped but we’re on track finally!

We gave some extra grace to those people that did not manage to complete their questionnaire on time and as a result only locked orders a week or so ago. We were then informed by our production factory that due to Covid restrictions and huge demand for their production that our order will take longer than first hoped to produce.

Rest assured, we have been told that we will receive our full compliment of stands within the next 6 weeks. We hope to be able to fulfil some earlier than that.

Please accept our huge apologies for the delay in sending the product. There have been a number of unforeseen setbacks and we are trying to be fair to everyone whilst navigating through this pandemic.

For those of you that have suggested the campaign is a scam, please trust us and stand by us. We are not here to scam anybody and will be fulfilling every single order.

On behalf of the rest of the team, thank you again for all of your support so far. I’ll reply to those of you individually that have been lacking in communication recently.
